Tres Hermanas is a story of three women embarking on a journey of the history of Afro-Caribbean culture through music and educational elements. The sisters dive into mental health, Caribbean women activists, sisterhood, community, and healing. It begins with Sol, the youngest ambitious sister. After receiving letters from her estranged mother, she announces to her tenacious, protective, and prudent sisters Euphemia and Ivelyz their mother's return, creating a haunting reunion with Hilda, their birth mother.
